"Knew the size would be right"
I had a feeling this size would fit me well, and sure enough, it did. Fits really good and pretty much confirmed I picked the right one.

"Return was easy, honestly"
I had to send back a dress because it didn’t fit quite right, and the whole thing was simple. I just printed the label, dropped it off, and ended up getting my refund faster than I expected. No annoying back and forth or weird hassle, which I really appreciated.

"Honestly, the packaging was really nice"
My Bloomingdale’s order showed up in great shape, which I always notice because bad packaging drives me crazy. The box was clean, everything inside was wrapped up securely, and nothing was smashed or crushed. Also, random side note, it just made the whole order feel a little more put together. I was happy with it.

"They took care of it fast"
My order was marked as delivered, but I never actually received it. I figured it might turn into a frustrating back-and-forth, but their customer service team got back to me quickly and took the time to look into it.

They ended up sending a replacement without making me jump through hoops, and it showed up a few days later. The whole thing made me feel like they actually stand behind their service, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

I usually shop on bloomingdales.com when they have promos or a sale going on, because that’s when the deals actually feel worth it. I’ve found some good discounts, especially on shoes and home items.

The only thing that gets annoying is when a coupon code doesn’t apply to the brand I was trying to buy. Having to dig through all the fine print feels unnecessary, and I wish they made the exclusions more obvious up front.

Shipping was totally fine, and my order arrived packed nicely with no issues. I’d still give it 4 stars because the sales can be really good, but the coupon restrictions could definitely be clearer

I shop here every now and then, and I guess the rewards do add up after a while. They’re not exactly a huge deal or anything, but getting little perks and offers makes shopping there feel a bit more worthwhile.
